In the week to come look for pieces from Kevin and the team meeting the new ownership of a Main Street landmark barbershop, Council coming back from break (with retreat) and a discussion with Jodi Liscio of Unlimited Pawsibilities - a new locally owned business looking after our best little pals.

Dog moms and dads can give their furry ones a chance to close the pool at the City of Hilliard’s annual ‘Doggie Dip’ beginning at 5 p.m. Sept. 3 at the Clyde “Butch” Seidle Community Pool, 4450 Schirtzinger Road.
The last day of operation for the season at the Seidle Community Pool was Sept. 2 after which the pool is made available for dogs to swim in the non-chlorinated water before it is drained for the season.
Owners are not permitted to accompany their pets. ;-)
The event is divided into two sessions based on weight.
Dogs weighing 40 pounds or less can swim from 5 to 5:45 p.m.; those more than 40 pounds are permitted to swim from 6 to 6:45 p.m.
Owners are required to sign a safety waiver and pay $5 per dog.
