Kevin, Tim and Jordan reconvene post AGORA to discuss two Beacon pieces!
The first is our initial coverage of this year’s election. We talk the canceled primary and competing candidate groups which will make for an interesting November 7th. The guys discuss local electoral strategy and their hopes for regular engagement with the candidates leading up to the election so that voters can know what to expect from their elected representatives.
The second is an article from the future as we dip back into Dublin Road construction and a contentious, lengthy initial meeting between residents and developers. This piece will be the first we’ve issued behind our paywall and we want to stress that we remain FULLY committed to our standard of at least one free, publicly focused piece of reporting and the free weekly audio companion. Additional writing by Kevin or other contributors may or may not be released weekly behind the wall.
We always reserve the right to drop the paywall into the future if enough interest builds to make any piece free to access. As we explore the uses and best practices for our Substack we remain eager to remind you that we can only continue to provide these services through your kind support and essential patronage.
Thank you~!
