On this week’s Audio Companion we flip the script by *previewing* Kevin’s piece which will open up our city council race coverage. We take a look at the full group of candidates and briefly discuss the process for Hilliard. Only one of the parties will require a May 2nd primary.

We then move right into more of Kevin’s follow-up reporting on the city’s recent phishing loss.
He’ll be filing a piece next week in full but we discuss at length a letter submitted to council by former city employee David Delande seeking to explain his actions and to make an appeal for severance pay. Kevin also delves directly into the police report details - unpacking the timeline of the crime against the city.
Lastly, we discuss the seating of a new group of board of directors for the Hilliard Development Corporation and a little of what that relatively new body could mean for Hilliard at large.
