I just want to make sure we all understand that a rezoning by the County Commissioners occurred on the 24+ acres in Brown Township, not an annexation. The referendum is to let the residents of unincorporated Brown Township decide whether they want PR-6 zoning which would allow up to 6 du/ac in the township. PR-6 requires centralized water and sewer services which are not available to this property.
