I live on Leap rd and have been very close to complaining to the city about the condition. The sidewalks completely flood, you are walking 2 feet from cars going 45 mph, and there’s only sidewalk on the east side. It’s disappointing the city has waited this long to do anything, and it will be years longer before the funding and planning are organized.
